Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a district nurse or registered nurse with experience in primary care. You are expected to be engaged, flexible, and have good collaborative skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that you, together with your colleagues, contribute to an open and positive work climate. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can work both independently and in a team. Naturally, you always keep the patient in focus and value good treatment both over the phone and in person.

What do we offer?

In the role of nurse, you will work with telephone advice, digital advice, reception duties, vaccinations, and care coordination. You will work in close collaboration with other professional groups including specialist doctors, ST-doctors, AT-doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, speech therapists, and care administrators. At the health center, we have nurse-led clinics for diabetes, heart failure, menopause, and asthma/COPD. We also plan to launch a nurse-led obesity clinic shortly.

Our view on primary care is that we work together and that all parts are equally important to achieve the best outcome for the patient.

Employment and application:

The position is a full-time fixed-term contract until August 2027 with the possibility of extension.
