We are looking for you who is a specialist in general practice and want to become part of our community. You enjoy working in a team, value your and your colleagues' working environment and health, and care about patient well-being. You are also interested in operational development.
Enebyberg Health Centre is a well-functioning health centre with a good reputation and a friendly staff group where we look out for each other. The health centre is located at Enebytorg in northern Danderyd Municipality, with good transport links.
The health centre has approximately 9,000 registered patients. Among our staff are doctors, district nurses, reception nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, and medical secretaries. Adjacent to the health centre is a Child Health Centre (BVC), and we also have our own laboratory. In total, we are about 25 people.
We have asthma/COPD nurses and diabetes nurses. Furthermore, there is a well-functioning psychosocial team where collaboration between psychologists and doctors is prioritized. Every month, a psychiatrist joins for a collaboration meeting between doctors, psychologists, and psychiatrists. We have approximately 50 home care patients with whom both nurses and nursing assistants work daily. You can read more about us at Enebyberg Health Centre (regionstockholm.se).

Job Responsibilities:
You will work with all common tasks for a specialist doctor at a health centre. You will have your own patient list with a limited number of patients. You will supervise students, AT doctors, and ST doctors, which is why supervision training is prioritized. We provide home care, and currently, all specialists have a number of their own home care patients; opportunities for development in this area are good.
We work with clinic visits and video visits and use the digital platform "Alltid Öppet" (Always Open). Experience with Child Health Centres (BVC) is also appreciated, as we are responsible for the BVC with approximately 500 registered children. The work requires broad competence and independence. We value good continuing education and high medical quality.

Qualifications:
We are looking for you who is a specialist doctor in general practice with permission to work within Swedish healthcare. Experience as a qualified specialist and of having worked in Swedish healthcare, preferably in primary care, is meritorious. Experience with the medical record system TakeCare is meritorious.
Employment Type:
Permanent position. Full time 100%. Working hours Monday–Friday. Probation period may apply. Start date by agreement.

In patient-related work within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- Register control is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register control upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
