The Unit's Mission
Arbetsförmedlingen Stockholm North West Gotland consists of approximately 150 employees. Together, we offer in-depth support for job seekers and employers. Our main mission is to equip, match, and support job seekers through various measures on their path to work and/or studies, as well as to support employers in finding labor force and thereby contributing to competence supply.
Our catchment area consists of six municipalities. You will work closely with psychologists, occupational therapists/physiotherapists, and employment counselors. Based on the needs of job seekers, we offer in-depth support such as work-oriented rehabilitation in the form of guidance, investigation, rehabilitation, or work-preparatory measures.
Job Description
As a psychologist with us, you work on assessing disabilities in relation to work, as well as identifying and utilizing job seekers' resources and opportunities in the labor market. You strengthen their motivation and help them understand their work prerequisites, while also contributing to labor market policy assessments in close collaboration with employment counselors. These assessments are an important part of the agency's mission. The role may also involve supporting employers in recruiting people with disabilities, for example by arranging workplace adjustments. Some travel within Stockholm County may occur.
Your role also includes close collaboration with colleagues from professions such as occupational therapists and employment counselors in various assignments. You are also expected to contribute your specialist competence by interpreting medical records and sharing relevant knowledge with employment counselors and other professional roles. Sometimes the work is also performed in collaboration with external actors such as municipalities, healthcare, independent actors, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.

The position is a permanent full-time employment that may start with a six-month probation period. The location is Solna.

Basic Requirements for the Position
- Psychologist license from the National Board of Health and Welfare (to be attached to the application)
Other Merits for the Position
- Work experience in assessing work capacity through, for example, work capacity investigations or other investigation experience
- Work experience in group collaboration
- Work as a psychologist for at least two years
