In collaboration with our partner, we are now looking for a Marketing and Event Coordinator with solid experience in digital communication for a creative environment where experiences, concept development, and communication are in focus.

As a Marketing and Event Coordinator, you work closely with a trade show manager to jointly drive and develop several successful trade shows each year. You have a broad responsibility spanning both marketing and project management, where you are responsible for executing the marketing plan for the trade shows – from content production, digital advertising, and campaign optimization to the execution and follow-up of on-site events.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Plan and manage the entire event process from idea to execution and follow-up.
• Drive and execute the marketing plan for the trade shows in close collaboration with the team.
• Coordinate contact and meetings with exhibition halls, exhibitors, and partners.
• Responsible for reference groups and registration processes prior to events.
• Ensure stages, stage content, and activities during the trade shows.
• Act as project manager on-site and ensure that events are carried out according to plan.
• Work with digital marketing and create engaging content for various channels.
• Create, execute, and optimize advertising on Meta and LinkedIn with a focus on measurable results.
• Manage and update content in WordPress.
• Produce video material and content for social media.
• Work data-driven with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and campaign follow-up.
• Responsible for email marketing and dispatches in tools like Rule.
• Write copy and produce content for newsletters, advertisements, and digital channels.

• Have a relevant university degree in the field.
• Have experience working in a marketing department as well as project management of events.
• Have technical competence in:
  • WordPress and advertising on Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Adobe Photoshop and production of video material.
  • Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and email marketing.
