About Us
Hello! We are Clockwork. We work with recruitment and staffing, but we often say that we are in the "better future industry" – because we want to be a driving force for companies and people who want to develop. Our offer is precise matching between companies' needs and employees' qualities, whether it concerns jobs in the industrial or service sectors, within the school world, or in various integration projects. We believe in people, and we know that the right person in the right place makes a difference. Therefore, it is important for us to keep track of every market, every company, and every employee. And therefore, strong local presence is important to us. You will meet us in twenty cities from Stockholm in the south to Luleå in the north.
About the Company
We are now looking for a farm worker for Tavlegårdens Ägg, a family-owned company in Yttertavle outside Umeå that operates sustainable egg production combined with a farm shop and café. With a focus on locally produced ingredients, quality, and a welcoming environment, we offer both eggs and delicacies, as well as a much-appreciated meeting place for both visitors and families. The business is characterized by constant development, where both animal welfare and a good working environment for our employees are at the center.
You will be employed as a consultant through Clockwork, and the assignment is expected to start in August/September and last for 6 months, with a good opportunity for the right person to be employed directly by Tavlegårdens Ägg.
Your Responsibilities
We are now looking for a farm worker who wants to be part of our operations and contribute to the daily running of the farm. The role is varied and practical, where you work broadly with everything from the farm shop and customer meetings to egg packing, animal care, and some technical maintenance tasks. The work also involves other chores that naturally occur on a farm, which means you need to thrive in a role where days look different and where flexibility and teamwork are a natural part of the job. Here, we all help each other where needed, which means the role suits you who enjoy variety and practical work in different environments.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in agriculture and animals, have your heart in the right place, and thrive in a role where you work close to both production and daily operations. You are responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive, and you easily see what needs to be done and take action. The work is varied and sometimes physically demanding, which means you need to enjoy practical work and changing workdays. As a person, you are positive, flexible, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the work group, where collaboration is an important part of everyday life. The position requires a B-driver's license and access to your own car, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Working weekends is not a limitation for you. Merits for the role include previous experience in agriculture, as well as having driver's license categories higher than B.
Applicants must not have poultry or pigs at home, as there is a risk of disease transmission in the production.
Application
If you have questions, you are warmly welcome to contact Jennifer Åström Gustafsson or Julia Larsson. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. If this sounds like something for you, do not hesitate to submit your application via clockworkpersonal.se.
