We are now looking for a new colleague to strengthen our team in the Gardening, Property & Transport division.

Ordning och Reda is on an exciting journey, currently operating in 5 locations with approximately 20 employees.

You will primarily work with property maintenance, moving assistance, manual snow clearing/graveling, and gardening for our customers, with regular customer contact.

To succeed in this role, you need good physical fitness and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Prior experience in similar tasks is preferred, particularly in gardening such as hedge trimming, lawn mowing, and operating brush cutters, etc. You should be a self-starter who takes great personal responsibility. Having a BE driver's license or a brush cutter/chainsaw certificate is a big plus.

Location: Vännäs/Umeå. Start date: Immediately. We offer a part-time position of up to 100% at the start, with the possibility of expanding to full-time during 2026.
