RESPONSIBILITIES

The position is 50% operating room coordinator and 50% Nurse Assistant (SSK) at the Surgery Division. Working as an operating room coordinator is a highly varied role with responsibility for planning our patients' surgeries based on our waiting lists. You will be the connecting link, which entails administrative work such as calling and preparing patients for surgery, monitoring the waiting list for operations, and serving as the contact person for patients scheduled for surgery. Your task is to ensure that all preparations are made before surgery so that patients are operated on within the correct timeframe based on medical prioritization. You will collaborate closely with surgeons and other operating room coordinators within the Surgery Division. The temporary position is 50%; you are offered to work 50% as a nurse within the division.

QUALIFICATIONS

Registered Nurse. Great importance is placed on personal suitability with qualities such as good planning and administrative skills, structured work approach, independence, flexibility, and professional interaction.

If you have previous experience in operating room planning and/or work within the operating room, it is highly meritorious for the position. It is also an advantage if you have good knowledge of Cosmic TM, which is our operating room planning system.
