The County Administrative Board of Stockholm County is seeking experienced instructors, advisors, and process leaders who wish to contribute to the development of small businesses within food production and tourism in rural areas.

We are looking for you who have experience in competence development, advisory services, or process leadership within the food sector, local food production, or tourism. The assignment involves strengthening businesses through education, experience sharing, and practical operational support.

You will work with entrepreneurs who want to develop their operations, increase the added value of local raw materials, and create sustainable and competitive offerings within food and visitor experiences.

The target group consists of small businesses within the food chain and tourism sector in Stockholm County with a clear connection to rural areas. This may include, for example:

• Processing companies
• Primary producers
• Farm shops
• Food and beverage producers
• Companies within nature and rural tourism
• Tourism businesses focusing on local experiences

In this role, you may:

• Plan and conduct courses and workshops
• Lead ERFA groups (experience-sharing groups) and exchange sessions
• Provide advisory services to entrepreneurs
• Participate as an expert during study visits
• Facilitate discussions and development processes
• Contribute knowledge in processing, product development, and business development

• Experience from the food industry, local food production, or tourism
• Good pedagogical skills and experience leading groups
• Experience in advisory services, process leadership, or education
• Knowledge of rural development and small business entrepreneurship
• Ability to create engagement and practical learning

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• Product development and processing of local raw materials
• Sustainable food production
• Food and destination development
• Collaboration between businesses and local actors
• Network and group processes

The interventions are carried out in the form of:

• Course sessions and workshops
• Expert participation during study visits
• Advisory sessions
• Process leadership for smaller experience groups

The work is ongoing throughout the project period and is planned in dialogue with the operations.

The assignments are primarily conducted in Stockholm County and may include both physical and digital meetings.
