Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Architect.

What You Will Work On

• Develop and maintain business architecture within assigned business domains
• Define and improve business processes and operating models
• Establish target architectures and transition roadmaps
• Align business objectives with IT and transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities for business optimization and continuous improvement
• Support strategic decision-making through analysis and recommendations
• Create and maintain business capabilities, process maps, and information models
• Conduct pre-studies, discovery initiatives, and gap analyses
• Produce decision support material and architecture recommendations
• Support architectural planning and transformation execution
• Facilitate collaboration across business and technology stakeholders
• Drive consistency, scalability, and reuse across business initiatives
• Ensure end-to-end alignment across processes and value streams

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of business operations and business processes within relevant domains
• Experience working with business architecture principles and practices
• Good knowledge of architecture frameworks and modelling approaches
• Experience creating and maintaining business architecture artifacts
• Ability to perform business architecture modelling and analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• Experience collaborating across organizational and leadership levels
• Strong facilitation and coordination skills
• Ability to influence decisions and challenge existing approaches constructively
• Strong end-to-end and strategic perspective
• Ability to independently drive initiatives and create momentum
