About the role as Automation Technician

Apotek Hjärtat's e-commerce business is in a strong phase of development. To support this growth, we are looking for an Automation Technician to join our e-commerce warehouse in Norrköping to strengthen support for the company's automation environment.

Your responsibilities will include working with automation technology, supporting IT incident management, and actively participating in technical projects. In addition to daily support for operational activities, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, you may occasionally conduct basic technical training for operators.

Initially, the role will involve participating in daily production for approximately 20–50% of your working hours. This is to ensure you gain a deep understanding of the entire process flow, enabling you to contribute optimally to future automation development initiatives.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology and who is meticulous in documenting changes. Experience in creating information and training materials for users and clients is a plus.

We prefer that you have post-secondary education in automation technology, with a focus on mechatronics, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and electrical engineering. Additional experience or education in industrial automation is considered an advantage.

You will become an integral part of the daily operations at our e-commerce warehouse and will participate in development projects initiated locally or from our support office. Therefore, it is important that you are communicative, experienced in working in project teams, able to manage deadlines effectively, and possess strong documentation skills.

The position is located locally at our e-commerce warehouse in Norrköping.

As we continuously develop our e-commerce logistics and surrounding systems, we conduct acceptance tests before approving production releases. Part of this role involves participating in testing automation process flows to ensure the quality of innovations being launched.
