We are looking for a skilled District Nurse (DSK) or an experienced Nurse with good experience in primary care for a position at a private health center in Gällivare.

Responsibilities

You will perform standard duties at the health center. This includes patient reception, telephone triage using TeleQ, care plan adjustments, and daily work with the electronic patient record system Webdoc.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered district nurse with at least 2 years of professional experience and familiarity with primary care. The role is perfect for you if you are engaged, quick to learn, and confident in your professional role. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required as accurate record-keeping is crucial.

We place great emphasis on good references. You should have solid medical competence, a strong patient focus, and good collaboration skills with colleagues.
