We are now looking for you who want to help create a safe, meaningful, and active everyday life for our citizens within home care, LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), or those living in our special accommodation.

Responsibilities

As a substitute, you will have a significant role in supporting and improving the quality of life for our citizens. Your work will include the following responsibilities:

• Offer personal care and support to the elderly and people with disabilities, focusing on their individual needs and wishes.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of activities that promote social community and engagement among our users.
• Communicate effectively with both users and their relatives to ensure a safe and open dialogue.
• Work together with an engaged team to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Contribute to the continuous development of our operations by presenting ideas and feedback.

Conditions

If you are a citizen outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland, you need to attach a valid work permit and be able to show a valid ID document.
