Are you driven by preschool development and do you want to work at a preschool where you are given great opportunities to influence your work?

We are looking for you who, together with the work team, want to and are driven by leading and developing the pedagogical work at the preschool based on our governing documents.

You work to support the children's development and give them the opportunity to develop their abilities.

Who are you?

You are a certified preschool teacher or childcare worker with Montessori qualifications and/or experience of Montessori pedagogy. AMI training is a merit.

You are structured, motivated, have analytical skills, and high social competence. Together with the work team, you want to help develop our environment and operations – this to challenge our children towards creativity, curiosity, a love of learning, and mutual respect. It is important that you see yourself as a co-researching educator with the competent child in focus, where the relationship forms an important foundation. Great importance is placed on you being a person who complements our work team. We expect you to have good collaboration skills with children, guardians, and colleagues.

You are welcome to apply even if you have not yet received your preschool teacher certification; the position will then be written as a fixed-term employment until the certification is presented.

At Enebyberg Montessori Preschool, there are two departments. The preschool is located near the city center as well as forests and nature.
