About the Role

We offer you an independent and varied position with close patient contact, giving you the opportunity to follow patients through their entire care process and serve as a key support for both patients and their relatives.

The position is primarily located at the surgical outpatient clinic, but rotation to our surgical inpatient ward may become relevant.

Responsibilities

As a Contact Nurse, you are responsible for nursing care, coordination, and continuity for patients within surgery. You are the patient's fixed care contact throughout the entire care journey, from investigation and treatment to follow-up.

The role involves close contact with patients and relatives, providing support, information, and guidance throughout the care process. You work in a person-centered manner, contributing to creating security and continuity for the patient.

You work in close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other professions within the unit, as well as with other healthcare providers and levels of care. The role involves independent work with significant responsibility, while teamwork is a central part of the assignment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
