Job Description

Your role will primarily focus on a preventive and promotional perspective. You will have ample opportunity to influence the work based on emerging needs. The work aims to increase students' well-being and happiness, as well as contribute to improved conditions for learning.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in and developing student health services in schools.
• Working to promote attendance.
• Being involved in work related to study environment, e.g., through PAX.
• Developing collaboration with guardians.
• Conducting investigations with IF (Individual Educational Plan) questions.
• Providing supervision to school counselors and teachers.
• Increasing competence regarding NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).

Qualifications

You must be a licensed psychologist. Experience working with children and young people in a school setting is meritorious, as is the ability to supervise other professions and contribute your expertise to student health services. You should be driven by a desire to work proactively and preventively to create long-term changes where children and students thrive, feel well, and have increased motivation to attend school to learn.

You need to be independent, strategic, flexible, and confident in your interactions with guardians, students, and staff.
