Appointment Setter Wanted at Optimal Trappstädning – Drive Our Growth

Optimal Trappstädning is growing and is now looking for 1 driven appointment setter who wants to join our growth journey from 20 to 100 million in revenue. Start in August.

About the Role

In this role, you will call housing cooperatives (BRFs) around Stockholm to schedule high-quality customer meetings for our sales team. You are the first point of contact for the client and a key player in our sales process; without you, no deals happen. You will be based at our centrally located office near Fridhemsplan, working alongside the rest of the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to BRFs in Stockholm
• Scheduling high-quality meetings for our sales representatives
• Managing your pipeline and following up on leads
• Contributing to a positive and energetic office atmosphere

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Presents a professional image on the phone

Previous experience in telephone booking or sales is a plus.

• Commission on booked meetings, with no upper limit

We provide stairwell cleaning and window cleaning services for housing cooperatives in Stockholm and currently have over 450 customers. We are a family-oriented company with strong growth and long-term customer relationships.
