ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently seeking temporary hourly staff for night shifts at our short-term residential care facility.

We are looking for you who want to support our short-term residential care facility during night hours. Our facility offers service and care for a limited period, for example, as respite care for relatives. Those who work here generally have long professional experience and nursing assistant education, which means that as a new employee, you will receive good induction and have safe, stable colleagues.

YOUR PROFILE

We are primarily looking for you who have education in care and welfare or equivalent education/experience. If you have experience working in care and welfare, we see it as an advantage. We believe that you have an interest and commitment to your users that rubs off on your surroundings.

We would like you to have good cooperation skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to adapt to work and prioritize according to existing conditions. The work also includes documentation, so it is important that you can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. As a person, you are receptive, empathetic, and keen on providing good service to our users.
