We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented employee for our online store and physical store in Stallsiken, Skövde. Here you will have a varied role where customer service, e-commerce, warehouse, and retail meet. You enjoy working in a team, have good collaboration skills, and help create a smooth and professional experience for our customers, both online and in-store.

We are looking for you who like service, thrive with responsibility, and enjoy working at a fast pace where no day is like the other.

You will among other things:

• Pack and ship orders from our online store.
• Handle returns and complaints.
• Answer customer questions via phone and email.
• Work with order processing and warehouse.
• Help out in our store in Stallsiken when needed.
• Contribute to order, structure, and good customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in service roles is an advantage.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good organizational skills.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
