Do you also want to become part of a school where collaboration and development are in focus? Then this might be the job for you. We are now looking for a subject teacher in German at Byskeskolan.

YOUR ROLE

As a subject teacher in German, you plan, implement, and evaluate teaching based on the school's governing documents and the students' different needs and prerequisites. You create teaching that sparks curiosity and gives students the opportunity to develop their language skills, their communicative ability, and their understanding of other cultures.

We would appreciate it if you could combine the teaching in German with another subject, preferably Swedish for grades 6-9.

You will become an important part of the work team where collaboration with colleagues, students, and guardians is a natural part of everyday life. Together, you work to create a safe, inclusive, and developmental learning environment where students have the opportunity to grow both academically and socially.

At our school, present teaching and close relationships are an important part of students' learning and development. Therefore, teaching is conducted on-site at the school. You also actively participate in the school's development work and contribute ideas, structure, and engagement to continue developing the teaching and operations forward.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for you who have a subject teacher degree and teacher certification with eligibility to teach modern languages, German, for grades 6–9. If you also have eligibility to teach Swedish, we consider it particularly meritorious. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing, as well as good knowledge of English.

You plan and conduct teaching based on the curriculum and governing documents, and adapt the teaching to the students' different needs and prerequisites. If you have experience working with students in need of special support, we consider it meritorious.
