We at Kungsladugård and Klippan Home Care are looking for dedicated assistant nurses who want to work closely with people and contribute to a secure and meaningful daily life for our care recipients.

As an assistant nurse with us, you will work both independently and in a team, in a warm work environment where we support each other and share many laughs. You will meet people in their homes and provide support based on their individual needs, ranging from personal care to service tasks.

We work from a health-promoting perspective where we focus on each individual's strengths. You will become an important part of creating quality of life, both as a permanent care contact and as part of a contact team.

Working hours are scheduled to include days, evenings, and every other weekend.

About you

Requirements

• Educated assistant nurse and able to present the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title
• Since we document and communicate in Swedish, you must be proficient in Swedish both orally and in writing

Merits

• Experience within dementia and psychiatry
• Cycling proficiency

As an assistant nurse in home care, you are calm, helpful, and confident even in stressful situations. You put the care recipient's needs at the center, take personal responsibility, and adapt when conditions change. The work is both independent and in close collaboration with colleagues, with a focus on providing the best possible care.
