We are now recruiting nurses for both home care and special housing. Within ordinary housing (OBO), you work during daytime with home visits in the patient's own home. During on-call shifts, you are responsible for home care patients, special housing (SÄBO) units, disability care, and social psychiatry across the entire municipality. Within special housing (SÄBO), you work during daytime with a fixed placement at a SÄBO unit.

As a nurse in the municipality, you will receive an attractive schedule, whether you work pure daytime hours or daytime hours with on-call shifts. Healthcare work in the municipality is broad and varied, where no two days are alike. You work closely with care staff, other licensed personnel, and various actors from the region. You have great opportunities for a flexible workday as you can control and plan your tasks yourself. You see the whole picture in the patient's medical care and make prioritizations based on current needs.

During on-call shifts, four nurses are responsible for all patients throughout the municipality, including OBO, SÄBO, disability care, and social psychiatry.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• Nursing license (Legitimation)
• Category B driver's license
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both oral and written
