You will play a key role in a global team supporting sales and operational processes across several markets. You will work closely with both business and digital teams to create smoother workflows and better system support.

About the Role

• Support global fleet processes and markets in daily operations.
• Contribute to improving sales flows, system usage, and internal routines.
• Work in a small, agile team with close cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in the development of digital solutions and process improvements.

What You Will Do

• Handle support cases related to fleet sales, order flows, and system issues.
• Provide ongoing guidance to markets regarding system usage.
• Collaborate with operational, financial, and digital teams to resolve issues.
• Update training materials and documentation together with project managers.
• Contribute to contract administration and digital management of agreements.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• A post-secondary degree (Bachelor's level) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in an international environment across multiple countries and cultures.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
