As a Regional Sales Manager, you lead the region's sales efforts. You and the team process the market and work actively with our key customers. In the role of Sales Manager, you lead, coach, and develop our sales team and working methods to achieve set goals – both hard and soft metrics. Personal sales are a natural part of the role. Together with your department, you drive and develop the region's sales work to new heights and continue the region's growth journey with the industry's happiest customers.
For us, the foundation of good sales lies in relationship building and value-creating development for our regional customers, as well as attracting more large businesses to become Presto customers. Together with our technicians, consultants, and central inside sales representatives, you work as a team to contribute to our customers' safety and our growth.
You will be responsible for
🧯 Sales leadership, daily coaching, and personnel responsibility for the region's sales team, which includes various sales roles.
🧯 Continuously work on monitoring the team's engagement and job satisfaction.
🧯 Set strategic plans in collaboration with the regional management group consisting of the Regional Director, Service Managers, Consulting Manager, and Sales Manager.
🧯 Collaborate with other regional Sales Managers and central sales and support functions to create synergies between regions and business areas.
🧯 Customer responsibility for several regional key customers and use of relevant system support.
🧯 Responsibility for regional tenders.
🧯 Achieve set growth and new customer goals for yourself and the team.

To succeed in the role, you need
🔥 An entrepreneurial drive, are goal-oriented, and are skilled in value-creating and relationship-building sales.
🔥 At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales targeting larger customers.
🔥 Experience with LOU (Public Procurement) tenders.
🔥 Several years of experience leading in a personnel-intensive operation with a habit of coaching your team. We also look for prior budget responsibility.
🔥 Valid driver's license (Category B).
🔥 Ability to communicate well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
