We are looking for new colleagues for a client company in Malmö. Their logistics operations need reinforcement with new stars for tasks such as sorting, loading, and unloading. Your responsibilities

The tasks consist mainly of parcel sorting, but also other duties such as loading and unloading. All sorting, loading, and unloading is done manually, which involves lifting heavy items.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours between 08:00 - 20:00 in various shift lengths. We prefer that you are flexible and can work 4–5 shifts per week, where you have the opportunity to influence which days you want to work. This allows you to combine work with your studies or another main occupation. We view this assignment long-term and expect that you have at least one year remaining in your studies, or alternatively, have a comparable current employment.

We strongly prefer that you study remotely, making you very flexible regarding availability. When applying, please attach a certificate confirming that you have another main occupation of at least 50%. This can be an employment certificate, study certificate, or other relevant document showing your current occupation.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who identifies as independent, detail-oriented, and structured. Part of the job is done in a group, so teamwork skills are important. This role suits you if you enjoy physical work and a fast-paced environment. We also appreciate prior experience working in a warehouse. We place great emphasis on your personality. In accordance with our client's requirements, we conduct a background check in the criminal record registry prior to any potential employment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Another main occupation of at least 50% – part-time job, studies, pensioner, self-employed, elite athlete, etc. (certificate required)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
• Clean criminal record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within warehousing and logistics
