Do you want a key role in some of Sweden's most critical infrastructure projects? We are now looking for an experienced and structured Data Coordinator who wants to contribute to the development and quality assurance of technical documentation within subway projects in Stockholm.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, technical specialists, and external design suppliers in complex projects where quality, coordination, and order are crucial for success.

As a Data Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that technical documentation, CAD data, and construction documents are handled according to established processes and requirements. You will become a central function in the projects and work both operationally and coordinatively throughout the entire project chain – from design to production and handover.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating digital and physical deliveries of construction documents
• Ensuring correct handling of technical documentation according to established processes
• Handling review documents and compiling feedback
• Responsible for document structure and deliveries in systems such as Avima and Athena
• Coordinating relationship documents as well as operation and maintenance documentation
• Administering and minuting data coordination meetings
• Coordinating external design suppliers
• Participating in project meetings and reporting to project managers
• Ensuring updated documentation in archives, relay rooms, and electrical centers
• Contributing to a standardized and quality-assured working method within the projects

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

• A university degree or other relevant education equivalent to at least 3 years of university studies
• At least 2 years of documented experience from the design process in a client organization
• At least 2 years of documented experience working with CAD and/or BIM as well as modeling programs such as AutoCAD and Microstation

It is an advantage if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in management related to rail-bound traffic
• At least 2 years of experience working in systems that handle general documents and diary registration

• Scope: Full-time, approx. 40 hours/week
• Timeline and scope Start: 2026-06-16 End: 2028-12-31 with possibility of extension
• Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of some remote work as agreed
