About the Role

We are now looking for an experienced special cleaner to join our established special team. The position involves handling qualified one-off assignments that require documented professional experience, high independence, and a very good understanding of different cleaning methods, materials, and environments.

The special team handles assignments that differ from regular local cleaning and are often time-critical, technically demanding, and sensitive to quality. The work places high demands on precision, planning skills, and professional competence, as results are often checked by the customer, property owner, builder, or during final inspection.

Responsibilities

The work in the special team primarily covers one-off assignments, including:

• Moving-out cleaning of residential and commercial premises, including cleaning according to established checklists and quality requirements.
• Construction cleaning, both rough and fine cleaning, after new production, renovations, and conversions.
• Deep cleaning of premises with special needs, such as offices, schools, industries, and public environments.
• Floor care, such as machine cleaning, polishing treatment, and other floor-related interventions.
• Window cleaning in various environments and heights.
• Other common special assignments that require adapted methods and equipment.

The work is performed both independently and in smaller teams. You are expected to be able to take responsibility for the entire assignment – from preparation and planning to execution and final control with the customer.

Requirements for Competence and Experience

The position requires previous experience in special cleaning and one-off assignments. The role cannot be trained from scratch but requires that you already have practical professional knowledge in several of the above areas.

To be able to perform the work in a qualitative and efficient manner, the following is required:

• Documented experience in moving-out cleaning, construction cleaning, floor care, and/or window cleaning.
• Ability to work structured and methodical even under time pressure.
• Good understanding of different materials, surfaces, chemicals, and machines.
• Ability to independently assess labor effort, method selection, and time consumption.
• Experience working in environments where the final result is checked through inspection or quality controls.
