Your responsibilities

We are now looking for a planner for Trägårns home care and sheltered housing. In this role, you work closely with the manager, coordinator, and staff to plan and coordinate the daily work of the operations. You are responsible for planning interventions and visits based on the customers' needs as well as the operations' resources and goals.

You work in our planning systems and play an important role in creating structure, continuity, and good service for both customers and employees. The role involves many contact points and requires that you can reprioritize when conditions change. You need to be able to communicate clearly, follow up, and ensure that the planning works in practice.

The position is primarily administrative and focused on planning, but work within care and services may occur if needed.

Your workplace

Trägårns home care and sheltered housing is located centrally in Linköping, starting from Trägårns sheltered housing, which consists of 37 apartments. The operation is a small and stable area where customers are located within a limited geographical area, which creates good conditions for continuity and close collaboration.

The work group consists of approximately 30 employees who work in two work teams and help each other in the daily work. Many in the group have long experience and a strong customer focus. As a planner, you get your own office and work close to the operation's manager and coordinator. The role is also part of the operation's management group.

Working hours are during the day, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of remote work.

You who apply

We are looking for you who have a high school education and experience of working within care, support, and services. It is meritorious if you are trained as a nursing assistant and have experience of planning in larger operations.

We would like you to have experience with the systems Treserva, Welfare, Multiaccess, and/or Timepool. You need to have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.

To thrive in the role, you need to be structured and able to plan and prioritize your work in an effective way. You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly, and have a service-oriented approach. The role also requires that you are flexible and can adapt when the planning changes during the day. We place great emphasis on personal maturity and your ability to create good relationships at work.
