All employees perform all tasks at our stores, which makes the work very fun and varied. A working day can include customer service, price marking, inventory, as well as receiving and unpacking goods. You will work in a fast-paced and changing organization with friendly colleagues and a strong corporate culture!

As a retail sales assistant, your main tasks will be:

• Actively engage in customer service – we want to provide all customers with first-class service.
• Sell high-quality building materials at the market's best price.
• Maintain order in the store and ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
• Pick timber, conduct inventory, handle deliveries, and price items to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Help measure and calculate customers' purchases.

Qualifications:

• Interest in renovation, construction, retail, and customer service.
• Driven by sales and exceeding customer expectations.
• Valid B-category driver's license.
• Ability to measure and calculate customers' purchases without hindrance.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and ability to communicate in English.
• Available to work during the store's opening hours.
• Capable of upholding and working according to our values.

• Service-oriented – motivated to work in service and passionate about sales.
• Fast, efficient, attentive, flexible – qualities that contribute to a good customer experience.
• Responsible – for your own development and the store's success – with a "team before self" mindset.

• Used to taking initiative and seeing what needs to be done.
• Curious to learn new things.

Other:

• Experience in construction, retail, and customer service is an advantage.
• Experience with forklifts is an advantage.
• Forklift training and driving permits are provided internally at the store.

Working Hours:

• According to the store's opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• This is a fixed-term position starting from 2026-06-10 and ending 2026-08-31.
