We are now looking for a driven Assistant Store Manager for our store in Stenhagen, Uppsala!

We prefer that you are driven and have previous experience within retail. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will drive the store together with the Store Manager and be part of the daily decision-making process. You will be responsible for the store's performance and the team of employees.

Responsibilities:

• Store sales and other key figures
• Customer satisfaction
• Training and motivating employees
• Planning and optimizing operations

This role suits you well if you:

• Are good at keeping the overview and are focused in your efforts
• Are not afraid to take on and participate in the store's daily tasks

You will receive thorough training so that you are well prepared for the task. Afterward, you will have ongoing opportunities to discuss ideas and solutions with the responsible district manager.

• You are confident and clear in your leadership
• You are outgoing and enjoy interacting with others
