Drive complex B2B business with a focus on value and relationships
Are you driven by building long-term relationships and creating business based on value-based sales? This might be the role for you! We are looking for a business-driven salesperson to join our High Value Sales team – a central role where you are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, with a focus on profitable growth and strong customer relationships.
About the Role
As a salesperson with us, you work consultatively and strategically with B2B customers. You identify new business opportunities, develop your customer portfolio, and build relationships with decision-makers. By understanding the customer's business and needs, you create solutions that generate real business value. You drive new sales through customer meetings, networking, and prospecting, while simultaneously developing existing customers. The role includes presentations, solution demonstrations, contract negotiations, and responsibility for the profitability of the business. You work structurally towards goals and KPIs, follow up on results, and use CRM as a natural tool. In close collaboration with internal teams, you ensure high quality in delivery. This role involves travel, and you will visit customers in the Stockholm area.
About You
You are an experienced B2B salesperson with strong business drive and experience handling complex deals. You are comfortable with value-based sales and have the ability to translate customer needs into clear and persuasive offers. As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and self-motivated. You thrive with responsibility, work structurally, and drive processes forward. You are motivated by results and have the endurance required to succeed in a business-driven role. Experience with Challenger Sale or similar methodologies is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the service sector
- Experience with data-driven follow-up and reporting
- Good understanding of value-based sales
- Experience with price negotiations and complex deals
- Experience with CRM systems
- Fluent in Swedish and good command of English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B)

Other Information
The position is located in Arlandastad, north of Stockholm, in our bright, modern premises. You will work both from the office and on-site with customers in the Stockholm area. As mentioned, travel to Malmö and other parts of Sweden may also be required. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and travel is a natural part of the role. You are covered by a collective agreement and offered benefits such as a wellness allowance and a company car.
