About the RoleYou will step into a key role at a player within automotive and advanced software solutions, where system design, safety, and technical coordination are at the center. Here, you will lead the work within Plan & Manage and help translate architecture and technical solutions into functional deliveries in a complex environment with many dependencies.
You will work closely with systems engineers, architects, product owners, and development teams, becoming a vital link between requirements, design, testing, and safety. This role suits you if you thrive with both a holistic perspective and attention to detail, and if you want significant influence over how the work is driven forward. Responsibilities- You lead and coordinate the system design work within Plan & Manage.
- You collaborate closely with systems engineers, architects, product owners, and development teams to drive solutions forward.
- You review and accept incoming requirements and ensure they are clear and feasible.
- You define and drive test strategies related to system design and delivery.
- You work with safety analyses, including FMEA and FTA.
- You review safety artifacts prior to releases and compile safety cases for Plan or Manage.
- You contribute to increased automation within system design.
- You plan and lead the technical work together with the teams and drive tasks from start to finish.
- You have experience in system development.
- You have experience in system design and/or systems engineering.
- You have experience in requirement management.
- You have experience in defining test strategies.
- You have experience with safety analyses, such as FMEA and FTA.
- You have basic knowledge of Python.
- You have the ability to lead and coordinate technical work.
- You have experience working in team-based and international organizations.
- You are accustomed to driving tasks both independently and collaboratively.
- You must be able to undergo and pass a background check before starting.
