Do you want to combine technology, leadership, and customer relations in a role where no two days are alike? Curator is now looking for a Security Project Manager to join the team in Uddevalla. Here you will have the opportunity to lead both people and projects in a company at the forefront of alarms, locks, access control systems, and surveillance. You will become a key part of the operations, where freedom under responsibility, close customer dialogue, and a strong team spirit are in focus.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Security Project Manager at Curator, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily work within the security sector. You work closely with a team of approximately 10 service technicians with varying levels of experience and independence, where your role is to support, coordinate, and create the right conditions for the team to succeed.
You receive work orders, plan and distribute the work for the technicians, and ensure that assignments are carried out as agreed. For larger projects, you are involved from the start and follow the work at the customer site throughout the project. The role also involves significant customer contact, where you build long-term relationships and act as a natural point of contact for questions regarding security, delivery, and economics.
In addition, you are responsible for financial follow-up, invoicing, and time reporting in collaboration with the branch manager. You work both operationally and strategically and play a key role in creating structure, quality, and good service in the business.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for someone with experience in security technology, such as alarms, CCTV, access control systems, or locks, and who thrives in a leadership role where you can combine technology with people and business.
You are someone who enjoys taking responsibility, creating structure, and building relationships – both with customers and colleagues. At the same time, you are unpretentious and present in your leadership, with the ability to support the team when needed and help people develop.
We also believe you have:
- Experience in leading or coordinating teams and projects
- Good administrative and financial understanding
- A valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
A background check in the criminal record register will be conducted prior to employment.
