About the Job Do you want to work in a role where you have the opportunity to develop while enjoying an attractive salary model?
We are now looking for driven salespeople for our office in Solna – conveniently located near both commuter train stations and the Mall of Scandinavia.
As a sales representative at Superb Group AB, you will contact private individuals via phone to offer electricity contracts or broadband services depending on the project. We collaborate with some of the most well-known brands in Sweden and the Nordics within energy and telecom, giving you strong products and excellent conditions to succeed in your role from day one.

What we offer:
- Base salary + generous commission A fixed base salary based on your experience, along with a commission model offering the potential for very high income levels.
- 35-hour work week Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:15, Friday: 09:00–16:00.
- 25 vacation days per year.
- Development and community Continuous training, coaching, and ongoing follow-up to support your development. We also organize social events, sales competitions, and team activities.
- Well-being hour 1 hour of well-being activities per week.
Scope: Full-time
We are looking for someone who:
- Is communicative and service-oriented, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Has strong drive and is motivated by achieving set goals.
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
- Has sales experience (meritorious but not a requirement).
Employment and start date: We apply a 6-month probationary period, which converts to a permanent position. Start dates are flexible and agreed upon.
