What you will do

As a Consultant Manager, you have overall responsibility for your consultants – from recruitment to sales and daily relations. It is a fast-paced role with significant responsibility, but you have support from colleagues who truly want to see you succeed.

To succeed in the role, you need to be comfortable with making 50–80 calls every day; the phone is your primary tool.

You will:

  • Identify and recruit top candidates: Actively headhunt and attract the right talents to the company.
  • Build long-term relationships: Create and maintain strong bonds with both new and existing consultants.
  • Drive sales: Contact and sell the company to clients in both the private and public sectors.
  • Develop innovative solutions: Create new collaboration opportunities that benefit all parties.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts: Responsible for negotiating contracts that maximize value for all involved.
  • Administer and follow up: Ensure that all documentation and follow-up are carried out according to our high standards.

Salary model

We offer a base salary of 27,000 SEK/month plus a performance-based commission with no upper limit, giving you both security and the opportunity to influence your income through performance.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of work experience
  • Documented experience in proactive sales
  • Full-time employment (100%)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus)
