We are now looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for a 67-year-old, fun-loving man with a twinkle in his eye, to cover shifts when regular staff is on leave and to strengthen the team. The client lives with his wife and their dogs in Motala and needs help with most aspects of daily life.

You will become part of a large, warm-hearted team with the right focus. He has double staffing around the clock, so successful candidates must be able to collaborate well with colleagues. The client has high care needs and enjoys a light-hearted and cheerful environment. Of course, not every day is a "good day," but a positive attitude makes everything easier.

Requirements for the applicant:

• Fun-loving and able to take a joke.
• Must be comfortable around dogs; fear of dogs is not acceptable.
• Positive and cheerful attitude is a prerequisite.
• Conversational yet attentive.
• A manual driving license is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Gender and age do not matter.
• Ability to collaborate is essential as you will never work alone.
• Personality fit is key.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality.
• Fluent in Swedish.

Working hours:

• 08:00–20:00
• 08:00–14:00 or 14:00–20:00
• Day/Night shift: 20:00–08:00

Double staffing applies at all times.

We are looking for temporary staff NOW who can be introduced and start working immediately, as well as participate in the summer schedule for weeks 29, 30, 31, and 32.

Tasks:

• The client uses a wheelchair, and you will assist with transfers using a lift.
• The client uses various medical devices such as a ventilator, cough assist machine, suction device, etc.
• Tracheostomy care.
• Assisting the client at home and out in the community with daily activities.
• Experience in cooking is preferred.

Other information:

• You must have BankID/Mobile BankID to view schedules and sign your timesheets at the end of the month.
• Payslips are sent via Kivra.
• Selection is ongoing, so apply early.

Salary and terms:

Inspirera Assistans uses individual salary setting. As an assistant, you receive a fixed base hourly wage + holiday pay, as well as shift allowance (OB) for evenings, weekends, and nights. We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna, Branch G.
