We are looking for a business-driven Key Account Manager who combines new customer acquisition with long-term relationship building – and who thrives in a role where you own your market, work closely with product development/production, and create added value for customers in retail, wholesale, industry, and the public sector.

Our assignment comes from a Swedish industrial company with its own factory and a strong sustainability profile. They develop and produce eco-labeled cleaning and hygiene products as well as customer-specific Private Label solutions – always with innovation, quality, and the environment in focus.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a commercial background from FMCG, chemistry, hygiene, cleaning, or related industries and who want to combine new sales with long-term customer development within both Private Label and an established brand.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Documented experience as a KAM/salesperson/business developer with a strong focus on results.
  • Experience with Private Label and/or sales of established brands.
  • Good understanding of retail, wholesale, and/or professional market (B2B).
  • Experience driving business from prospecting and quotation to contract, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and travel experience.
  • Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing.

You take ownership, communicate clearly, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the right solution to every customer.

What does the role entail?

In the role of Key Account Manager, you are responsible for expanding the business in the Mälaren Valley/Stockholm area – with a dual focus: winning and developing Private Label customers as well as driving sales for a well-known Swedish brand within laundry, dishwashing, cleaning, and hygiene. You work from home and plan your customer visits independently, while working closely with product development, marketing, and production to create competitive offers. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Active prospecting and new customer acquisition within Private Label and the brand.
  • Responsibility for selected key customers – from needs analysis and solution proposals to quotation, negotiation, and contract.
  • Ongoing category and business analysis: market, competitors, margins, and pricing.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams for product development, adaptations, and launches.
  • Representing the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.

This is a direct recruitment with immediate start or as agreed, with an initial probation period. Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–17:00, based in Stockholm and the Mälaren Valley, with travel occurring on a weekly basis.
