About Us

Capio Staffing & Recruitment (CBR) offers staffing and recruitment assignments throughout Sweden. We provide specialists such as specialist physicians, licensed physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians within areas including but not limited to geriatrics, rehabilitation, ASIH (Advanced Home Healthcare), palliative inpatient care, and physician interventions in special housing (SÄBO). We offer flexible and varied assignments with competitive conditions. Staffing assignments vary from single shifts to assignments over longer periods.

Your Role

As summer approaches, we are looking for independent nurses who want to join our team of skilled and appreciated colleagues at Capio's ASIH units. This is a great opportunity for you if you have been considering this unique form of care. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Advanced Home Healthcare (ASIH) makes it possible for our patients to remain in their homes despite a high care need. We offer home care for patients requiring medical treatment during illness, deterioration of health, and palliative interventions.

The role involves varied and rewarding tasks. Standard duties include medication administration, pain relief, wound dressing, blood sampling, etc. Since patients are cared for in their homes, a valid driver's license is required. You play a crucial role in contributing to good patient safety and providing support to relatives.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with at least two years of professional experience. Previous experience with ASIH is desirable but not mandatory. You must be available for work during weeks 26–33. The job requires prioritization skills and comfort working independently at patients' homes. Personal qualities are important to us. We value flexibility, positivity, an open and cheerful work climate, and a genuine interest in people.

Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
