As a pedagogue with us, you inspire learning and build strong, trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Through varied pedagogy and high expectations, you challenge each student to develop based on their unique prerequisites. Your commitment and good self-awareness contribute to a safe school environment where students' curiosity and desire to learn are always at the center.

YOUR COMPETENCE

We are looking for a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach grades 1-2. It is an advantage if you use language-developing methods in your teaching.

You have good pedagogical insight, great commitment to your assignment, and value collegial learning. With this support, you drive systematic quality work where you evaluate students' progress to continuously develop teaching.

As a person, you are structured and take responsibility for planning and organizing your work, while also being able to prioritize and adapt to changed circumstances. Your ability to build good relationships and collaborate effectively with your colleagues is a prerequisite for us to succeed together.

REQUIREMENTS

• Teaching license (Lärarlegitimation)
• A valid extract from the Police Register of Persons with Convictions is required for this position before employment.

Tvärålund School is a smaller F-6 village school with a safe and family-like atmosphere, located close to nature but also centrally in the village.
