We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our client in the machinery rental industry, based in Globen with an immediate start. Here you will have a key role in a business where strong customer relationships, business focus, and collaboration are at the center.

About the Role

In the role of Inside Sales Representative, you will become a key person in the daily operations. You will meet with customers, identify their needs, and guide them to the right solutions based on the company's wide range of machinery.

You are responsible for the entire sales process – from advice and quotation to order processing and delivery. The work is varied and involves both customer contact and practical elements within the operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers on-site, via phone, and email
• Provide advice regarding machinery and equipment
• Create quotations, register orders, and follow up on deals
• Handle the pickup and return of machinery
• Support with minor repairs and deliveries when needed

You will become part of a tight-knit team where colleagues help each other in daily work, and collaboration is a natural part of the culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction and earthmoving machinery
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
• Experience from an administrative, service-oriented, or similar role
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
