Safeland challenges a traditional industry by combining modern technology, fair terms, and an exceptional customer experience. We are already today the alarm company with the highest rating on Trustpilot (4.9) – but there is still plenty of room for improvement.
We are now looking for a Customer Success Lead who wants to take responsibility for ensuring our customers get off to the best start, receive the right support along the way, and develop their use of Safeland’s systems and services.
About the role
As a Customer Success Lead, you will become a central figure in the customer journey after the customer has chosen Safeland. You will help customers get started with their alarm systems and services, answer questions, identify new needs, and ensure that the customer gets maximum value from their solution.
This role suits you if you enjoy customer contact, structure, and development. You will work closely with sales, installation, support, and product development. In the long term, there is also an opportunity to recruit, shape, and lead your own team within customer success and support.
Your main responsibilities
You will, among other things:
- Help new customers get started with Safeland’s alarm systems and services
- Ensure a safe and smooth onboarding for both private and corporate customers
- Answer support questions via phone, email, and digital channels
- Work with upselling in an advisory and customer-centric manner
- Develop and improve processes, organization, and tools
- Contribute to building a more scalable and efficient customer organization
We are looking for you who
We believe you are an ambitious person, confident in customer dialogues, enjoy solving problems, and have the ability to create structure where everything is not yet fully built.
You should be technically curious and comfortable learning new systems.
We believe you have:
- Experience in customer service, customer success, support, sales, or a similar role
- Good communication skills in both speech and writing
- Ability to build trust and guide customers in a simple way
- Are structured with a solution-oriented approach
- Commercial understanding and a feel for upselling
- Interest in technology and digital services
- Have great career ambitions and want to build a company that changes a market

You need to thrive in an environment where the pace is fast and where you get to influence how the work is done. The role requires that you can switch between helping a customer with a practical question, improving an internal process, and identifying a business opportunity in a customer dialogue.
You are unpretentious, meticulous, and enjoy creating order. At the same time, you have a clear customer focus and understand that a good customer experience often determines whether the customer stays, recommends us, and buys more over time.
