About the Role

We are now looking for a cleaner to join our team for ongoing assignments in both commercial cleaning (offices and other business premises) and private cleaning (home cleaning). This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working with recurring clients, following clear routines, and building long-term relationships through high quality and professional service.

You will work on-site at our clients' locations according to planned cleaning schedules. Since many of our assignments are recurring, a strong service mindset and the ability to identify client needs are just as important as cleaning thoroughly. You are an important representative of Dammråttan and contribute to clients feeling secure, receiving quick feedback, and wanting to continue our collaboration.

Responsibilities

The role may include the following tasks:

• Office cleaning and facility maintenance for corporate clients (e.g., kitchens/break rooms, restrooms, meeting rooms, common areas)
• Home cleaning for private clients according to agreed setups and checklists
• Quality assurance of your own work (self-checks) and immediate correction of any deviations
• Refilling consumables and handling cleaning equipment according to routines
• On-site customer contact: confirm needs, provide feedback, contribute to a high service level, and communicate with our customers based on Dammråttan's core values: "proud, happy, and professional".

Depending on client requests and seasonality, other facility maintenance tasks may also occur.

The work is primarily performed independently, but you may occasionally work in small teams. You are expected to take responsibility for ensuring cleaning is performed to the agreed quality standards, following routines, and communicating professionally with customers and colleagues.

Requirements for Competence and Experience

The position requires previous experience in cleaning/facility maintenance and confidence in working with recurring clients. We particularly value a high service mindset and taking responsibility for ensuring the customer always receives treatment and results that meet our quality standards.

To perform the work in a qualitative and efficient manner, the following is required:

• Experience in commercial and/or home cleaning (advantageous if you have worked with recurring clients)
• Ability to work in a structured, efficient, and detail-oriented manner
• Good understanding of materials, surfaces, cleaning agents, and ergonomic working methods
• High service awareness: you are attentive, solution-oriented, and keep the customer informed when necessary
• Reliability and punctuality – you follow schedules, routines, and deliver consistent quality over time
