Our vision is to make it economically easier for people to own cars, boats, homes, tools, and high-quality leisure items, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. About the Position

Are you looking for a fun and educational summer or extra job? Then we have the perfect position for you at Biltema Landskrona! We are now looking for a group of stars who want to work with us during the summer, both in the café and the store.

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are a central part of the customer experience. Your workday includes varied tasks and departments, always with a focus on service. You ensure that our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and fronted, and in the café, you work with sales, deliveries, and keeping the environment pleasant.

Wherever you are in the store, you interact with customers – whether you are restocking goods, working at the checkout, helping in customer service, or serving in the café. You are happy to share your knowledge to help them find the right products at a good price. No two days are alike, and we enjoy solving tasks and challenges in a simple way.

The position is approximately 8 hours per week, plus extra hours as needed. For those who show initiative, there are good opportunities for extension after the summer.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. We are therefore looking for you who are a pronounced service-oriented person and have the customer in focus. You like a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you enjoy taking initiative, seeing what needs to be done, and wanting order and tidiness around you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, preferably within customer service, checkout, and claims handling. Since café work is included in all positions, we value experience from the restaurant industry. To get started quickly in the role, we would like to see a burning interest in our range and product areas or café operations.
