Job Description

The role involves operating and monitoring fully and semi-automatic machines that process metal or similar materials through various methods (e.g., turning, milling, welding, grinding, etc.). The position also includes programming and adjusting computer-controlled machines, setting up and inspecting tools, and handling machines that shape or cut metal products. It may also involve assembly, manufacturing, and testing of products. Therefore, you should be a flexible person with a strong sense of curiosity and openness to development.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will revolve around the following:

• Follow production plans as well as quality and environmental management systems.
• Manage daily operations and operator maintenance, including planned and emergency stops.
• Keep the facility and premises clean and well-maintained.
• Participate in work rotation and production meetings.
• Promote a healthy work environment.
• Report defects, deficiencies, safety risks, and incidents.
• Participate in training and, if necessary, contact the team leader in case of uncertainties.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we would like you to meet the following criteria:

• Hold a forklift license and have experience operating forklifts.
• Have experience in similar tasks, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Are available to work in 3-shift rotations.
• Can speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Are a strong team player.
