In this consultancy assignment, running from August 2026 to June 2027, you will work closely with the grocery retail industry and drive business in a rapidly growing and innovative environment. Your Responsibilities

- Build and develop long-term relationships with key customers

- Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
The role involves significant personal responsibility, and you are expected to work both operationally and strategically.

This is a consultancy assignment based in Stockholm. You will become part of a small, tight-knit team with high engagement and fast decision-making processes. We are looking for someone with experience in a Key Account Manager role or similar within FMCG and who is accustomed to working with the grocery retail sector. You have good negotiation skills and feel confident driving business forward with a commercial focus. You are analytical and data-driven in your approach, while also having a strong drive for relationship building. As a person, you are proactive, unpretentious, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where change is a natural part of everyday life. You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
