Sales Representative at Solnord – Making Sustainable Energy the Norm
Solnord is a solar energy company with satisfied customers, helping households across Sweden take control of their electricity consumption. Through smart solutions in solar panels, energy storage, and EV charging, they create long-term value – for both the customer and the environment. They combine innovation, quality, and high customer satisfaction with a clear goal: to make sustainable energy a given for more people.
They are now looking for a hungry and driven salesperson who wants to grow in an industry with high demand and real impact.
Your Role
This is a role for you who wants to work with genuine sales – where structure, resilience, and relationships are key to success.
At Solnord, you will:
- Work with warm leads and consultative sales directed at private individuals
- Drive the entire sales process – from first contact to closing the deal
- Engage in longer conversations and sales cycles where trust is crucial
- Create long-term customer relationships and contribute to high customer satisfaction
- Work digitally (no door-knocking – installation is handled by partners)
About You
Solnord is looking for someone with the right attitude rather than a perfect background. They believe you:
- Have experience in telemarketing or outbound sales
- Are communicative, relationship-building, and self-motivated
- Have a clear drive and want to develop within sales
- Thrive in an environment with high tempo and clear goals
- Understand that sales require structure and discipline – not just “talent”
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from the energy/technology/solar industry
- Practical understanding of installation (e.g., as a technician)
Working Hours & Setup
- Office hours with flexibility
- Option to work evenings/weekends (voluntary)
- Flexible work – both office and remote work (initially on-site)
