About the Job
In the role of Order Management Coordinator, you are responsible for providing administrative and operational support within order management. The work follows established processes and routines, and you will work closely with both internal functions and customers to ensure that the order flow runs smoothly and according to set guidelines.

The role is at an entry level (S1) and suits you if you are at the beginning of your professional career. You will receive an introduction and work under close supervision.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle order placement, order registration, and order follow-up
• Support customers with questions related to orders, delivery, and payment
• Ensure that orders are released on time and comply with internal policies and quality requirements
• Follow up on order status and handle minor discrepancies and errors in the order process
• Administrative support related to order fulfillment and customer cases

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who thrive in a structured and service-oriented role where attention to detail and teamwork are important. You are communicative, responsible, and have an easy time following given instructions and routines. The role does not require extensive prior experience – the right attitude and willingness to learn are crucial.

We would like you to have:

• High school education
• Good administrative skills and a sense for structure
• Good communication skills in Swedish (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills

Merits:

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, or order management
• Experience working in business systems or order systems
