About the workplace

Östra Vårdcentral is a well-established GP practice within Praktikertjänst, with approximately 10,200 registered patients. We have stable staffing with just over 35 employees working together. We are a cheerful team where job satisfaction, short decision-making paths, and good patient interaction are at the forefront.

We have nurse-led clinics for diabetes, memory assessment, allergy testing, and asthma/COPD.

The health centre is characterized by high medical quality, and we engage in continuous improvement work. The focus is on increasing the quality of patient care as well as the staff's working environment and well-being.

Our days begin with a short joint meeting for the entire practice. We offer good benefits such as afternoon coffee breaks, fruit baskets, and a generous wellness allowance.

Responsibilities

In the role of District Nurse, you will work with telephone advice, digital platforms such as "MittPTJ" and 1177, and clinic duties. You will participate in medical assessments and work closely with other professional categories at the practice. We use the medical record system Take Care. We would like you to be involved in working with processes and routines.

Qualifications

• District Nurse, preferably with experience in primary care, but not required.
• Personal suitability is highly valued.

You are a person who puts the patient first and has a professional attitude with good interpersonal skills. You enjoy working independently, but it is important that you also have good teamwork skills. You thrive in improvement work and are positive. We place great emphasis on you contributing to an open and positive work climate together with your colleagues. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can work independently and have good collaboration skills with the rest of the team. You value good interaction both over the phone and in person.
