Your responsibilities

In the role of IAM Specialist, you will work with the operation, development, and management of identity and access solutions for our clients.

The tasks may include, among other things:

• Administration and development of identity platforms
• Work in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Operation, decommissioning, and migration of IAM solutions, for example from Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to modern platforms such as Omada Identity
• Management of user identities and lifecycle management
• Design and implementation of permission roles and access models
• Automation of IAM processes with support from tools such as Adaxes and Omada Identity
• Monitoring of system performance, availability, and security
• Incident management, troubleshooting, and log analysis in collaboration with teams and business units
• Collaboration with IT infrastructure, development teams, and business-oriented functions

You will work in agile teams and contribute to developing modern identity platforms that support our clients' digital transformation.

We would like you to have

• Several years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management in complex environments
• Very good knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), both operation and preferably decommissioning/migration
• Independent work experience in roles responsible for the operation, management, and further development of IAM solutions
• Good understanding of identity and permission lifecycle management
• Experience with automation and preferably tools such as Omada Identity and/or Adaxes
• Good understanding of security aspects within identity and access
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience with Omada Identity or similar IAM platforms
• Experience with decommissioning MIM in larger environments
• Knowledge of federations and identity federations
• Experience with MFA solutions, VPN rules, and IAM tools such as Adaxes
• Knowledge of e-identification and national identity federations
• Experience with agile working methods, such as Scrum

Certain assignments may be subject to security clearance according to security protection legislation. This may entail requirements for Swedish citizenship and a completed security clearance before entry.
