RESPONSIBILITIES

The Safety Team is responsible for the safety alarms located in the homes of our elderly residents, serving as their security and lifeline in case of emergencies. The goal is to enable independent living for as long as possible. The Safety Team works autonomously, and you, together with colleagues, are responsible for planning the workday based on needs and incoming alarms. This role suits you if you enjoy unpredictability, adapt easily to new conditions, and are confident in making independent decisions within set frameworks.

Duties include programming, installing, and uninstalling safety alarms, as well as responding to incoming alarms. The group is also responsible for installing and removing keyless locks, as well as installing and removing cameras for digital supervision in residents' homes. Some simplified processing of safety alarm applications is also included.

The position involves an initial placement with the Safety Team for the first year. Thereafter, you will be placed in either the Safety Team or another group within home care, depending on operational needs and your qualifications.

Working hours follow a rotating schedule with shifts during days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are educated as a nurse assistant or specialist nurse assistant with a focus we consider relevant for the role. You thrive with varied work and are quick to make decisions. Experience in elderly care and rehabilitation is preferred. You learn new technology and IT systems easily, and enjoy working with both technology and people in care. A B-class driver's license is required.

ABOUT THE WORKPLACE

The Safety Team is part of the home care service. Our mission is to help and support the municipality's residents who still live in their own homes but need support and help for a functioning daily life. It is also important to us that you contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace and see opportunities for improvements. As a new employee, you will receive a mentor who will follow you during your first period at work.
