Ammarnäs School is a rural school offering education in Form B, which means mixed-age groups. In the municipality, we have a well-functioning student health team strengthened by social pedagogues as well as student and teacher assistants.

We are now looking for a leisure center teacher at 50% with placement at the leisure center at Ammarnäs School.

Job Responsibilities:

Together with the colleagues in the work team, you are responsible for the pedagogical operations based on the curriculum's assignments. The work includes planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up as well as evaluation of the operations according to decided goals and guidelines. The work takes place in close collaboration with the educators in primary school and preschool class. Some collaboration with Ammarnäs Preschool may be included.

Competence/qualifications - requirements:

Licensed teacher with eligibility to teach in leisure centers. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. Knowledge of Sami is an advantage.

Duration/working hours:

50%, Permanent employment from 2026-08-18 or according to agreement.

Salary:

According to agreement. The municipality applies individual salary setting.
